Police in Banja Luka, a city in northwestern Bosnia-Herzegovina, has prohibited an LGBT pride event, citing what it said were security concerns. A movie screening and a panel discussion about human rights, organized by the activist groups -- Bh. Pride March from Sarajevo and Geto from Banja Luka -- has been scheduled for March 18.
