Armenia's Investigative Committee said on September 18 three suspects, allegedly trained in Russia, had been arrested for planning an armed coup with four more still at large. The statement said five of the suspects are Armenian citizens, while two are former residents of the Nagorno-Karabakh region. The identities of the suspects were not disclosed.
