Three people were killed and another seriously wounded in a shooting between migrants near Serbia's border with Hungary early on October 27, Serbian police told RFE/RL’s Balkan Service. The shooting happened at a collection of abandoned farming warehouses near the village of Horgos. A large number of police officers were sent to the scene and an investigation is ongoing. Serbia lies on the so-called Balkans route used by migrants seeking to enter Western Europe.
