One person has been killed and two injured by a fire that broke out in the compound of the Federal Security Service (FSB) in the Russian city of Rostov-on-Don, which is located close to Ukraine's Donetsk and Luhansk regions where fierce fighting between invading Russian troops and Ukraine's armed forces is taking place. According to local authorities, a short circuit caused the fire. Officials also said the blaze posed no danger to nearby high-rise residential buildings.
