Eleven people were killed and 10 injured in a fire that broke out at a shopping mall in Karachi, Pakistan's largest city, on November 25, officials said. Afsar Ali, an official at the Karachi Fire Department, told RFE/RL that more than 50 stores were burnt down in the fire at RJ Mall on Rashid Minhas Road. "The fire broke out on the sixth floor of the commercial center and later spread to the fourth floor," Ali said.
