Putin Doesn't Seem Ready For Peace, Says Lithuanian Foreign Minister

Lithuanian Foreign Minister Kestutis Budrys has cast doubts on whether the Russian President Vladimir Putin is ready to halt the Ukraine war anytime soon. In an interview with RFE/RL on May 19, the minister also explained why Vilnius is taking Belarus to the International Court of Justice.
