Russia Says Suspected Organizers Of Suicide Bombing Arrested

Russia's security agency says it has arrested three Islamic militants suspected of organizing a deadly suicide bombing in the southern city of Vladikavkaz.

Federal Security Service chief Aleksandr Bortnikov said today that the alleged organizers were arrested in late September in the North Caucasus republic of Ingushetia.

He said two other suspects were killed by security forces.

A Chechen rebel group has claimed responsibility for the bombing, which took place in early September and left 19 dead and more than 200 wounded.
