Ukrainians Attend Funeral Of Murdered Politician Parubiy In Lviv

Hundreds of people attended the funeral of politician Andriy Parubiy at a cathedral in the western Ukrainian city of Lviv on September 2. Parubiy was a former speaker of parliament and a prominent member of the opposition European Solidarity party. An attacker who has since been detained allegedly shot Parubiy on a city street three days earlier.
