Ukrainian Children Evacuated From Kupyansk After Russians Cross Key River

After changing hands twice, control of the northeastern Ukrainian city of Kupyansk may once again be contested after Russian troops recently crossed the Oskil River to the north. With a Russian tank unit lurking for a possible direct assault, Current Time’s Borys Sachalko is on the ground as children are being evacuated from the city.
