Obama Says U.S. To Bolster Military Presence In Europe

U.S. President Barack Obama said the United States plans to bolster its military presence in Europe by sending in more troops and equipment. Obama was speaking at a joint news conference in Warsaw with Polish President Bronislaw Komorowski. Obama said he is calling on the U.S. Congress to provide up to $1 billion to support the effort.
