Iranian hard-line media have released a video showing detained Iranian-American businessman Siamak Namazi.

Iran's judiciary news agency posted a minute-long video on October 17 showing a montage of clips including Namazi in a conference room, his arms raised at his sides, and his U.S. passport.

The video also shows an Iranian drone flying over a U.S. aircraft carrier and U.S. sailors on their knees being detained in January.

Family members say Namazi was detained in October 2015, while his father, Baquer Namazi, a retired UNICEF official, was detained in February 2016.

The United States has called for the release of the two men.

In the past months, several dual nationals, including Iranian-Americans, have been detained in Iran in what appears to be a crackdown on warming ties with the West following last year's nuclear agreement with world powers.
