Afghanistan have been killed in an ambush in the east of the country.
Two other French soldiers were injured in the attack on August 25 in
Laghman Province.
In the southern Zabul Province, Afghan police fought with suspected
Taliban militants on August 25, killing six and wounding 12 others.
